About

Veteran. Author. Speaker. Advocate. A Voice for the Overlooked.

BIOGRAPHY

Latoya Greene is an author, veteran, speaker, and leadership & confidence coach dedicated to helping people turn life’s greatest challenges into their greatest source of strength.

Since retiring from the U.S. Army after more than two decades of service, Latoya has devoted her life to empowering others through authentic storytelling, practical leadership, and unwavering hope. Having once allowed her own struggles to define her, she understands firsthand the courage it takes to reclaim your confidence, rediscover your purpose, and rewrite your story.

Drawing from her own experiences, Latoya challenges audiences to see adversity differently, not as the end of their story, but as the beginning of a new chapter. Her message is simple yet powerful: your past may explain you, but it does not have to define you.

Latoya wrote her first memoir, Already Whole: What Was Missing Was Me, to remind others that healing is possible, hope is real, and no one is ever too broken to begin again. Through the pages of her book and every stage she steps onto, she creates space for honest conversations about resilience, confidence, leadership, and purpose.

Whether speaking to corporations, schools, military organizations, nonprofits, faith-based groups, or community organizations, Latoya’s mission extends far beyond delivering a message. She is committed to serving her community by helping people recognize their worth, embrace their story, and find the courage to move forward. Above all, she hopes that every person who hears her story leaves feeling seen, valued, and reminded that they are never alone.
